Valentines Day at Liverpool Clubs
Whether you're looking forward to Valentines Day or not, it's coming. And this year the gods have seen fit to make it land on a Saturday. In some ways this is a good thing. You won't have to worry about going to the pub and being surrounded by couples. Because it's a weekend lots of people, couples or otherwise, will be out simply because that's the great British tradition. However, there is a downside. If you are single and you choose to spend Valentines Day at Liverpool clubs you could find yourself receiving some unwanted attention. Valentines Day makes everyone amorous, whether you want it or not.
If you are single and are actively seeking out 'pulling potential' you could do worse …

Pedal It Pink Liverpool
At this time of year I imagine that lots of you, like me, are planning to get a bit exercise, burn off some of those festive calories and slimdown for summer (bikini season comes quicker than Christmas - that's a fact). But this year there may be even more reason for the ladies of Liverpool to get in shape.
The Breast Cancer Campaign is launching Pedal It Pink Liverpool, a cycling event to raise money for the charity. It takes place in Sefton Park on Sunday, April 19 (so there's plenty of time to get fit). If you're wobbly on two wheels you don't have to worry about the traffic as the Pedal It Pink Liverpool is completely enclosed. Sorry novices, there's no excuse!
And if you don't have a bike you can hire one through the Pedal …

Tea Tasting Masterclass at Leaf Tea Bar
It's fast becoming one of Liverpool's coolest hangouts, but if you haven't been indoctrinated yet (where have you been?), there's a Tea Tasting Masterclass at Leaf Tea Bar this month.
They describe themselves as a punk teashop, which I love, because this little cubby-hole of cool in Parliament Street is so far removed from dolies and old-ladies in lace that it's as refreshing as the tea it serves and punk is probably the best way to describe it. I can't impress upon you enough how much you're missing out if you haven't been down there yet. Many a glum, …

Valentines Day at Liverpool Restaurants
Valentines Day always seems to bring on a fit of the screaming meemies in men. Most claim they won't take part because it's commercial. What a load of crap. What about Christmas, birthdays and St Father's Day? I've yet to come across a man willing to surrender his celebrations of these events because they're 'commercial'.
Men, in short, you have no excuse, especially considering that on Valentines Day Liverpool restaurants help make dining out more than just a night off from cooking. And if you're worried about spending all your savings, there are plenty of options for Valentines Day in Liverpool restaurants which won't make you wish you were dining alone.
