Valentines Day at Liverpool Restaurants

Valentines Day always seems to bring on a fit of the screaming meemies in men. Most claim they won't take part because it's commercial. What a load of crap. What about Christmas, birthdays and St Father's Day? I've yet to come across a man willing to surrender his celebrations of these events because they're 'commercial'.

Men, in short, you have no excuse, especially considering that on Valentines Day Liverpool restaurants help make dining out more than just a night off from cooking.  And if you're worried about spending all your savings, there are plenty of options for Valentines Day in Liverpool restaurants which won't make you wish you were dining alone.

Bistro Jacques is doing a great deal by offering a three-course meal plus a glass of house bubbly for just £22.95. It's probably the cheapest deal for Valentines Day at Liverpool restaurants. Their sister restaurant Bistro Pierre is offering the same deal. Cafe Rouge is also offering a budget option from February 12 to February 15 when a three-course meal costs £24.95 per person. Italian restaurants always seem to make the most of February 14, and this year, despite the credit crunch, is no different. Bella Italia are serving up a three-course meal with a sparkling cocktail for £29.95 per person. They're also running a competition in which you could win a trip to Venice.

For the die-hard romantics who want to spend a bit more, there are also lavish offers for Valentines Day at Liverpool restaurants.
Elude, which is a renowned romantic hotspot,  is offering a three-course meal and intimate, candle-lit dining for £32.95 per person.
Over at the Olive Press you and your partner can enjoy a three-course meal for £36.50 per person. The deal runs from February 13 to February 15. Their food is always exquisite and if you are a bit reserved with your romantic displays, the atmosphere isn't over the top.

However, if you're one of those rare men who wears their heart on their sleeve and you want to give the lady in your life a special treat, you should head to the Mal Brasserie. This classy restaurant is offering a three-course meal for £45 per person.

La Cubanita, Sapporo Teppanyaki and Jalons always do something special for Valentines Day, and they're always busy so book early.
If there's nothing here which suits you or your partner, or you've left it to the last minute and they're all booked up, there are other eateries which are romantic on every other day of the year.
