Great atmosphere in The Picture House for football games. Now has sound surround when footie is on. And they will put on any footie match you want to watch. Beer spot on and cheaper than town prices. Staff friendly. Come on you reds.

went back in to see if this place was the same and i was depressed being in there wot a dump it is now. wish the other guy who had it would come back it needs him to make it what it was the best pub in Liverpool with a amazing atmosphere. Don't bother going back now it is BAD and Stinks

gutted really gutted this pub has closed down where will we watch the footie now? no more amazing days and nights with the students and the spanish on a la liga night. gonna miss this place so much really gutted

haven't been to this pub for a couple of years due to working away but back in Liverpool wanted to call in and see the old place it's still a grt little pub and the welcome is always warm and friendly ok the gents could do with a make over but who spends drinking time in the bogs. I have missed this place and the vibe it gives of being back in the Pool. Its still the cheapest and best pint in town. I'll miss it when i leave.

spent a wkend in Liverpool & had a brill time with the girls on hen do spent time in this grt bar our local by the liner hotel. cudnt believe price of wine and cocktails and we had a lot wish we had this bar in leeds

Checking out bars in Liverpool who have darts teams and came across this pub. For anyone who is passionate about darts this is a grt venue with a good vibe for darts players. They give out food and are always friendly and helpful. We would recommend this gem of a pub to any darts players. The ale is cheap as well.

a crowd of us have just been in liverpool on a hen weekend from Leeds and checked out the pubs in liverpool before we left and read about this pub so we gave it a go and it is everything everyone says. we loved it and the people who work there are brill and the wine and cocktails are cheap the prices we pay in Leeds for the same beer is expensive. this pub is handy for our hotel and the train so we will call in again on another trip here.

had another grt night in theeee best pub in liverpool. can't beat it for atmosphere and cheap beers. best pub to start off a stag do and finish it. made to feel welcome pool tables and cockails to blow your mind . we willlll bbeeeee back

My friends and I are regular visitors to Liverpool and we always call into this wonderful pub. There is always a warm welcome from the staff and it is such a friendly place we always feel safe. We now make a point of staying in The Liner so we are near to this pub for our first port of call and usually never move on. The wine is cheap and good and the new cocktails are amazing. we ab love this amazing pub and all the other reviews are soooooo right.

this is still the best pub in Liverpool for a stag do it can't be beat. cheap beer , special cocktails to blow your mind, pool tables ,footie, grt tunes, racing channel, this is our third time in Liverpool on stags do and we keep coming back to this watering hole and we just gotta tell thw world get your butts down here you will love this place no doubt.

read all reviews about this pub and agree with them all we were staying in apt just up the road for a girlie weekend and called in here on way into the centre and stayed for most of the nt it is a brill pub and the cocktails are OMG! LUV the staff soooo hunky. we will be back soon thats a promise

What a brill pub this is! We were in Liverpool for The Britains's Got Talent auditions with our daughter and came in for a drink, warm and use the loo. The staff were really friendly. The beer cheap. The toilets clean. Lovely atmosphere and had a continental feel with all the flags from the world. We will def come back on weekend to have a night out in this great pub. The entertainment is superb and Elvis is a hero so we will beback to see him!

We were in Liverpool last weekend on a break from Manchester - staying in The Adelphi. We had a brilliant time and this pub helped make our weekend. The wines and beers are inexpensive and we had a great choice to pick from. The atmosphere is brill and feels like a pub in Spain. The staff were so friendly and helpful and nothing was a problem. We luurrvveedd this pub and will be back. defo

My wife and I called in whilst we waited for our coach back to Sheffield on a Monday afternoon.

We had a brilliant time and we will call in again when we return to Liverpool next month.

The staff were very friendly ahd helpful. They made us coffee and even offered to make us a sandwich if we wanted. The beer is cheap and so is the cider!!!

The jukebox is free and as we were on a Beatles break we played all The Beatles songs and had a dance.

The football photographs are supberb and with the flags on the ceiling it felt as if we were abroad.

They show all Liverpool's games here and Everton's plus any game you ask for if you are a student.

There are pool tables, a quiz night on a Thursday plus live music every weekend. I just wish we lived in Liverpool as this would be our second home and local.

I would recommend anyone visiting Liverpool to call in to this brilliant pub. We will be back!!!!!
